At Glizm, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Please review the full policy below.
1. 14-Day Return Eligibility

We do not charge a restocking fee.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Unapproved returns cannot be processed.
3. Return Shipping (Important)

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns must be shipped to our Return Center in Mainland China.

Return shipping costs vary by country (typically around €25 / $25 USD depending on weight and courier).

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
We cannot refund items lost during return transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

6. Refund Process

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You must wait for the package to arrive and then request a return.
8. EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
