Order Cancellation Policy

 

1. Cancellation Time Window

 


Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed.


After this window, the order is already being processed by our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled.


If the order has shipped, it must be received first and then processed through our standard return procedure.

 


 

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

 


To request a cancellation within the 15-minute window:

 

  1. Email us immediately at contact@glizm.com

  2. Use the subject line: “URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST”

  3. Include:

     

    • Full name

    • Order number

     

We will review the order status and confirm whether the cancellation is still possible.

 


 

 

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

 


An order cannot be canceled if:

 

  • more than 15 minutes have passed since checkout, or

  • the order has already been processed or shipped.

 


If the order is already in transit, please allow it to be delivered and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return.

 


 

 

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

 


If your cancellation request is approved:

 

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
